Here at Prestige-Direct.co.uk, we believe that you should be able to manage your orders or returns at a time that is convenient for you. With this in mind we have listed the relevant contact information you may need.

Returns Policy:
We offer a 30 day returns policy under the distant seller regulations (DSR) on all brand new items. You can return the item in its original (new) condition with undamaged packaging for a full refund. Please note that both postage costs (inbound and outbound) are the responsibility of the buyer and are deductable from a refund in these circumstances. A restocking fee of £20 will apply.


General warranty terms:
Brand new items are sold with 12 months domestic use RTB (return to base, domestic use) manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault then please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. This covers any manufacturer faults within 12 months of delivery date. Does not cover normal wear and tear. Excludes paint/finish and is non transferable, warranty applys to original purchaser. If an item develops a fault within this time period then we will supply replacement parts where possible or supply you with a completely new item.


Vibration Plate warranty terms:
All vibration plates are sold with a 12 months RTB (return to base, domestic use) manufacturers warranty on frame and parts with a lifetime motor warranty. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault then please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. This covers any manufacturer faults within 12 months of delivery date. Does not cover normal wear and tear. Excludes paint/finish and is non transferable, warranty applys to original purchaser. If an item develops a fault within this time period then we will supply replacement parts where possible or supply you with a completely new item. Commercial use: 6 Months


Gym Equipment warranty terms (power racks, vkr towers, weight benches) :
Return to base, domestic use warranty on frame and parts. In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault then please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. This covers any manufacturer faults within 1 year of sale date. Does not cover normal wear and tear or wearing moving parts i.e. pulley or cables. Excludes paint / finish and is non transferable, warranty applys to original purchaser. If an item develops a fault within this time period then we will supply replacement parts where possible or supply you with a completely new item. Commercial use: 6 Months


PrestigeSports XM-PRO Treadmills :
2 year non-commercial use RTB (return to base) warranty and a LIFETIME motor warranty. 2 years covers the frame and all other parts from date of purchase. Does not cover normal wear and tear. Excludes paint/finish or accessories and is non transferable, warranty only valid to original purchaser. If an item develops a fault within this time period then we will supply replacement parts where possible / ask you to return to our warehouse / supply you with a completely new item.
